Getting to know your body and understanding how it works is very important for your personal development. You will better understand the connection between body and soul, outside factors, stress etc. You can prevent many physical diseases with relaxation using yoga, meditation, dance, physical exercise, and breathing. Of course it is also important to eat healthy foods, drink a lot of water, and live in harmony with people that you love and appreciate, and who love you and appreciate you for the very special person that you are.

As part of the aesthetic education
You go within yourself when you practice yoga. During these days I feel like my senses have been opened, like parts which were blocked have started to work. When we got the final tasks an idea came into my mind and I started to work without so much self-criticism and without comparing. I felt like I painted what I wanted to paint, not what would be best rated. And it’s strange because I find that the work got better and better the less I expected of myself. I sincerely think that I reached my own potential force. The most important knowledge from this course is that you work so much better when you are balanced, psychologically and physically, but also that the point isn’t always what others think, but that what you do should be important to you.
